Obviously, you can search using meta tags or something. Someone has to search for me and all these pictures because they were associated with my name. How can I ensure the search to see photos and that they UNTAG.

The only person who can remove the tag of the photo is the person who uploaded. If you do not want shown on the label or the picture at all, speak the person who sent it. You should be respectful enough to remove unwanted tags / photos.
