Hello everyone,
I just wanted to clarify something. I have a friend, and I think I read somewhere that when wearing high-heeled Kneehigh, you should always have on them and socks during the day to give your feet a rest and let your breathing? Do you know if this is true, what about the others?

I have a lot when I engaged a flight attendant. If I had a little rest, I sat in the seat in and unpack the boots and pull his foot out slightly to a little fresh air into the fingers move.
In fact, high heels have been shown to help people with knee problems, because it takes the pressure behind the knee, but the feet need to take breaks, I'd say it's done day to remove them and give them one break from the rest of the time, because despite the fact that they can help their knees, heels damage. :)
Having boots that are not suitable to be amputated lol give to their feet.
I'm sure it's a little exaggerated.
Of course it will make your feet feel better, but do not believe that it is necessary if the feet do not suffer.

YH, give em off in the day on your feet cuz ur a break when you could damage the whole day em or lead ankle feetand UR UR. thats wot i heard anyway.

yer deffo, especially if they have started to hurt, I did the whole time (no snow COS 2 days) because I'm short lol
